1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All tags, labels, accessories, and invoices are included.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Clearance, sale, or non-returnable items (if specified on the product page).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@urrbanhub.in with:

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Mention your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within the specified timeframe.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by Urrban Hub.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the order will be subject to the return process.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
